Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped out the next business day.

Yes! If the item is damaged or defective, please call us immediately. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. We are happy to accept returns or make an exchange within 60 days of you receiving your order. *Exceptions: Earrings Returns are not accepted after 60 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, tags on, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for returning the item(s) back to us. Make sure to include the original packing slip with the return shipment and the reason for the return. You MUST provide us with the original receipt in order for us to issue a return payment, store credit, or an exchange. Please contact us at info@theameirecan.com with any questions.

Yes! We sell virtual e-gift cards that are emailed to the person of your choice. You can find your gift card(s) under ‘About’ in the main menu or you just go here.

Yes, we do. It's free! Just make sure to add gift wrapping to your cart. It will look very similar to the picture below.
